環境病態制御系社会環境医療学講座
リハビリテーション医学（協力分野）
リハビリテーション医学は障害を来す疾病を診断し治療するとともに，疾病によって引き起こされた障害を対象とする医療分野です．脳疾患、脊髄疾患、骨関節疾患、小児疾患、神経筋疾患、呼吸器疾患、循環器疾患、精神疾患など広範囲の疾患が研究対象です。これらの領域の疾病によりもたらされる運動器・感覚器・精神障害が，日常生活および社会生活にもたらす様々なハンディキャップを研究します。日本ではリハビリテーション医学講座が開設されている国立大学大学院医学系研究科は本学を含め４大学のみで、未発達の分野です。

外傷、退行性病変などの運動器疾患とパーキンソン病、脊髄小脳変性症などの神経筋疾患の運動解析が主なテーマです。スポーツ医学の研究も行っております。現在の研究テーマは①リハビリテーション効果の定量的評価，②Functional capacity evaluation法の開発，③物理刺激が運動器に及ぼす細胞生物学的影響の研究(動物実験)，④超音波診断装置による運動器疾患の診断，⑤運動療法が精神に及ぼす影響の研究です．特記すべき研究手段は①3次元動作解析装置(Vicon 6120)，②3次元機械刺激装置（アニマ社 GS-6900）③等速性筋訓練測定装置(CybexⅡ)，④筋電計(Neuropack MEB2200)，⑤超音波診断装置です．①，②日本では数台しか導入されていない貴重な運動解析装置です。

②筋電図，重心動揺計，等速性筋力測定，動作解析，スパイロメトリ，嚥下造影検査，嚥下内視鏡検査，呼気分析，超音波診断，高次脳診断ツール，その他の手段を用いた臨床評価
③理学療法，作業療法，言語聴覚療法
