The goal of Gunma University Graduate School of Medicine is to make a world leading center of medical education, reseaches, and practices from the searches for as well as dynamic fusions of science, ethics and skill. We continuously promote advanced researches of life science, and educate the medical researchers who seek for the etiology and systematic strategy of treatment of the diseases. We also raise the medical practitioners who have high ethical standard and excellent clinical research skill, and thus return the results to the society.

The Course of Medical Sciences is the center for medical education, reseaches, and practices, and composed of 4 Divisions, 8 Subdivisions, and 41 Departments. Each division declaers a main reseach project, and promotes subdivisions to carry out their studies under cooperation of basic and clinical departments for achievement of the major project. The goal of the Course is to raise the medical researchers with sound capability, and the excellent doctors with high ethical standards.

The Course of Health Sciences is the center for education, reseach, and practice of health sciences, and composed of 3 Fields. We will further enhance the knowledge, technology, and basic research ability of the human health. We will also proceed the original and interdisciplinary researches for the improvement of individual as well as social health and quality the life. We raise the capable talented personnel who acquired an advanced specialty and ethics with the extensive scholarship.
